Order Processing
Please allow 3–5 business days for us to process and ship your order. Processing includes payment verification, packaging, and carrier pickup.
We strive to process orders as quickly as possible, but during peak seasons or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer. If delays occur, we will notify you promptly via email.
Shipping Times
Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery within the United States is typically 6–8 business days.
Total delivery timeframe (processing + shipping): 9–13 business days.
Please note: delivery times may vary due to location, carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.
International Orders
For international shipments, any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees applied during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility.
KARTIENE™ is not liable for any additional charges incurred upon arrival in the destination country.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Address Accuracy
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Orders
If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please:
- Check with neighbors, family members, or building staff

If your order arrives damaged, please retain all packaging and provide photos within 15 days so we can file a claim and arrange a replacement.
Incomplete or Incorrect Orders

Late Arrival
